The lamp and wall mount are not perfectly aligned, meaning you have to choose whether the lamp or the mount should be level. Filing a complaint, etc. seemed too much hassle to me, so I took matters into my own hands. The lamp would feel considerably more premium if the cylinder were made of glass rather than plastic. I would gladly pay the additional 10 or 20 euros for that.
